3. SERVICE ORDER FORMS
Purchasing services from Us requires the completion of the appropriate Proposal/Service Order Form by the client. Each of these forms is considered to integrate the conditions outlined in these Terms.
3.1. Any Proposal/Service Order Forms submitted by the client will be considered an offer to acquire services, adhering to the form’s specifications and the terms outlined herein.
3.2. We retain the sole authority to evaluate the specifications presented in the Proposal/Service Order Form and may, through written notice, either reject, amend, or accept the form in part or in full. Once accepted by us, the client is obligated to comply with all stipulated specifications, subject to any approved modifications or rejections from our side.
3.3. A legally binding agreement for the provision of services, based on the agreed or revised specifications and these Terms, is established when we issue a Tax Invoice to the client, signifying our acceptance of the client’s offer.
4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
4.1. The details regarding service fees and charges for each of our offerings are transparently listed on our official website or as specified in the relevant Proposal or Service Order Form.
4.2. Weby Corp maintains the exclusive right to adjust these fees, as well as any associated promotions or discounts, including the provision of complimentary services, at Our discretion.
4.3. Alterations to the service fees and charges will be implemented exclusively at the commencement of a new or renewed service period for the specific service in question.
4.4. Service fees and charges must be paid upfront when the client submits the relevant Proposal/Service Order Form.
4.5. All quoted service fees exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Any applicable GST will be charged at the current rate and must be paid by the client alongside the relevant service fees and charges.
5. SERVICE PERIOD & TERMINATION
5.1. The service period for each service acquired by the client will begin on the mutually agreed-upon start date and conclude on the designated service end date.
5.2. The service period may be eligible for renewal upon mutual agreement between the client and the provider. Renewal terms, including any changes to fees or service conditions, will be negotiated and agreed upon prior to the expiration of the current service period.
5.3. The service provider reserves the right to either temporarily suspend or permanently terminate services under certain conditions, which include but are not limited to:
5.3.1. Non-Payment: If the client fails to make timely payments as stipulated in the agreement, services may be suspended until all outstanding payments are settled.
5.3.2. Maintenance and Upgrades: Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues requiring attention may necessitate a temporary suspension of services. The client will be notified at least [insert time frame] in advance, except in cases of emergency maintenance.
5.3.3. Security Concerns: If a security threat is identified that could compromise the integrity of the service or client data, services may be suspended to protect both parties.
5.3.4. Violation of Terms: Any breach of the service agreement by the client may lead to a temporary suspension until the issue is resolved.
5.3.5. Force Majeure: In the event of a force majeure, neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling their obligations under this agreement. Upon the occurrence of a force majeure event, the affected party must promptly notify the other party, providing details of the event and its expected impact on their ability to perform their contractual duties. Both parties shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event and resume normal operations as soon as possible.
6. USER CONDUCT
6.1. All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations while using our services. Engaging in any illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
6.2. Users must not engage in activities that may harm or disrupt our services, including but not limited to:
6.3.1. Uploading or distributing malicious software or harmful content.
6.3.2. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ personal data or our systems.

7. WARRANTIES
