So glad I found their website! Excellent line of products and great pricing. Pricing is some of the best I've found on firearms and related items like the Leopold scope mount I ordered. They had exactly what I needed. Ordered and had it that week!
Site also has tons of articles, info on sporting goods like rifles, hunting gear, etc. IMO they are a gem of online website stores.

I ordered two rifle scopes online. After I did I seen some reviews that worried me. I called customer service and talked to a young lady named Haley who assured me Gritr was a legit business.
A few days later I got everything just like Haley said I would. It was a lot of money, I was worried but everything was fine. I commend her on her customer service work. I will use Gritr again.

I bought a fision frontsight from these guys and it arrived in a previously opened package. The frontsight did not come close to the the sight they claimed it was in their ad. Trying to return the item is like pulling teeth and so far has been a real pain. I would not recommend this company for any mail-order transactions to anyone.
Horrible Business Practices! I came in looking to purchase an $700 new firearm. After talking to a salesman he said he could save me some money on a firearm that was pretty close to what I was looking for…..it was new but he had to sell it used because someone traded it in. Not the color I was looking for but I paid the $650(saved $50) and left with a bottle of gun oil(more like Vaseline). 2 days later I saw on their website the exact fire arm(new) I’d wanted for (same color)same price too. I came in that same day and asked salesman why would they do that?? He went and spoke with manager and came back and said they’d give me $200 towards the one I initially wanted! I paid $650 and even offered an additional $100 but they refused. First and last time I ever purchased a “new/used” firearm. After my initial review the mgr responded and said to contact him at Gritr to further discuss and I called 3/4 x but he never responded to any of my calls after leaving my name/number…..Bud’s Gun Shop,Locked n Loaded….Academy gets my future busy! Gritr got me good!

Gotten most of my guns here, amazing customer service. They are really competitive with pricing and have the best deals
Gritr has an online and a physical store(s). I recently visited to fit work trousers sold through Gritr. These are high-end rough service pants of Swedish origin. Almost no one carries them in DFW.
I live almost fifty miles from this store, so it's not a trip I would make frequently. When I arrived, I found that they had none of the pants that I wanted to fit. However, Ted helped me find a couple trousers in sizes that I wanted to try. Ted went out of his way to search his warehouse stock to help me. As I a result, I have a much better idea of the trousers that will fit me.
Although I did not visit the store for it's firearms-tactical related goods or the indoor range, it was stocked with top-shelf gear, parts, and accessories. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly--they are knowledgeable and love to talk! I picked up a few things that I wanted purchase online and it was great to be able to handle these things in a store before purchasing. Gritr has a good selection of Viktos clothing and equipment--I've only purchased online previously. There are no retail store reject items here, everything is top quality that people want to purchase. They also have a massive Sig counter and Beretta products.
Thanks for your help! Instead of ordering these trousers through Amazon, I'll order through Gritr because they have better prices employ people like me.

Bit confused… ordered a specific gun I found online on Gritr in store ~ called a week later as I hadn’t gotten a confirmation email even though I had provided my email. Was told “the gun is in, but you need to wait till we call you to come pick it up.” Okay…
Was finishing up yard work, got called at 7:34pm that the gun was in & I could pick it up, finished yard work & knew they closed at 8pm, but figured since I had already purchased the gun, provided my CHL when I ordered it, I wasn’t the biggest jerk for walking in 5 minutes till close because they had called me not even 30 minutes prior, & it would be an in & out thing, since I had signed some sort of papers when I ordered it (but maybe it was just the CC authorization?)
Well, got a question of “who called me?” But the front desk… And then was told it was too late because they closed in 5 minutes & that I needed a background check… again… CHL?
But I get there is paperwork still for registration.
However- was a bit sad because I realized after I placed the in store order the week prior that I should have had my brother purchase it with me since he’s PD & it was sort of a gift gun… I had asked earlier the phone if they could retroactively add a 1st responder discount & they said “no” because they’d have to switch who it was registered to & it would negate the discount but… they implied when I came to pick it up that I hadn’t registered the gun yet & that I still needed to fill that out…
So… I know guns are regulated, but just kind of non intuitive & lackluster customer service from the kind of place that I normally love.
Will probably just stick with buying privately & at gun shows I guess & stick to my rural gun ranges. 🤷♀️

Danny is excellent, he is very detailed bilingual to attend you a very warm place because he takes the time to understand you and ensures that you get the ballas with the product you need and the most recommended for you.
I have been coming here since 2022 and every time I come it’s been nothing but excellent. Each team member is always so personable and patient with you. They really take their time to make sure the shoes you are choosing fit you well!! Today Laura had helped me & she was amazing! I originally came in wanting a specific pair but she guided me into ones that actually fit my foot type. She never made me feel like I was a bother & took her time analyzing each shoe I tried on ! Please go here if you need any kind of walking/running shoes!!

I only found out about this place by word of mouth; from my hairdresser & from my physical therapist, from Green Oaks Physical Therapy, in Waxahachie, Tx. They both highly recommended it. All of the associates were on the ball, greeting all of the customers, when they first walked in. They were very friendly, helpful & caring. You get individual attention.
