Helped me out alot on my merchandise thank you guys
Purchased an item on sale, it was slightly too big. Less than 48hrs after purchase they refuse to honor the sale price i purchased at for the exact same item in a different size. Bad business.
SUPER frustrated with this company. I ordered a pair of Swany (mens large) ski gloves from their website and they shipped me the incorrect item (Black Diamond gauntlet gloves, size M). I contacted the company and got what I now believe is a bot requesting I send in pictures. I sent them pictures in response to the email 2 days later and got no response. I submitted a new customer service case 6 days later and got the exact same request for pictures, which I sent that same day. I've followed up on each of the submitted cases multiple times with no further response. Today, I get a 3rd bot email asking for pictures. I've sent 5 new emails today in frustration with pictures on each email. All I wanted was the company to ship me the correct gloves and return the wrong item. At this point, I'm notifying citibank to challenge the charge and reporting the company.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a fishing rod, never received it. They either ignored my emails and phone calls or did not address the issue. The product isn’t the customers until it comes in their possession. Any shipping related issues stand with the seller until the product is delivered.

Purchased an item on sale, less than 48hrs later they refuse to honor the sale price on the same item in a different size. Bad Business. Go somewhere else, they dont even have a real customer service team they forward all your customer service needs to a Russian company called Weby Corp so you cant even speak with someone that knows anything about products

I didnt ask for a price match I asked for an exchange for the exact same item at the same price i paid for it a mere day and a half prior. Again, you guys do bad business and have poor customer service skills.
