Purchased an item on sale, it was slightly too big. Less than 48hrs after purchase they refuse to honor the sale price i purchased at for the exact same item in a different size. Bad business.
Never asked for a price match nor did i ever negotiate the price with you liars. I asked for an even exchange for the exact same product in a different at the same price i paid on the receipt. Your company refuses to do even exchanges at the price paid.

SUPER frustrated with this company. I ordered a pair of Swany (mens large) ski gloves from their website and they shipped me the incorrect item (Black Diamond gauntlet gloves, size M). I contacted the company and got what I now believe is a bot requesting I send in pictures. I sent them pictures in response to the email 2 days later and got no response. I submitted a new customer service case 6 days later and got the exact same request for pictures, which I sent that same day. I've followed up on each of the submitted cases multiple times with no further response. Today, I get a 3rd bot email asking for pictures. I've sent 5 new emails today in frustration with pictures on each email. All I wanted was the company to ship me the correct gloves and return the wrong item. At this point, I'm notifying citibank to challenge the charge and reporting the company.

Go somewhere else, they dont even have a real customer service team they forward all your customer service needs to a Russian company called Weby Corp so you cant even speak with someone that knows anything about products

I went by the Mansfield location today and Desirea helped me. She was so kind and patient. I took up an hour of her time as she tried to help me find the right shoe…which she did. I had been looking unsuccessfully for months. So it was and overall awesome trip! Kevin there was amazing as well! Very cool local spot…highly recommend even if your not a runner! Thank again!
My experience at Run United was amazing. Lauren was patient, kind and very knowledgeable of how shoes should fit and feel. She brought out 4 different name brands of shoes so I could compare fit and feel of each pair before making my final decision. I’m very pleased with my choice and will purchase the next athlete pair of shoes from this location and ask for Lauren when I go. Thank you for the BEST experience shoe shopping I have ever had. Extremely satisfied!!!
Laura was so helpful today, scanned my feet, had me run on the treadmill and made sure my shoes were a perfect fit. 🥳
