Amazon Seller Reporting Tool
Learn Everything There is to Know About Your Sellers
MAXIMIZE YOUR PROFITS WITH OUR ADVANCED AMAZON SELLER REPORTING TOOL
It’s a common practice for brands to delegate the onus of sales to 3rd party sellers. Doing so spares brands much work but obliges them to keep an eye on the dealers themselves. After all, sellers are the representatives of your brand that directly interact with customers. This entails certain risks since their mistakes can affect your reputation. In the same way, the dishonest behavior of some sellers can undermine your relationship with diligent ones.
If you want to keep tabs on all of your sellers without having to monitor each of them separately, we have just the tool for it.
#1 Amazon Seller Reporting Tool
Seller Analytics is a set of tools within our Brand Growth Accelerator that allows brands to monitor the performance of every seller who works with their inventory on online marketplaces. It gives access to insights into their general performance and helps monitor their compliance with your policies.
Our Amazon Seller Analytics Tool stands out as the only solution of its kind. Unlike others that focus on isolated seller attributes, our tool evaluates all key aspects, consolidating them into a comprehensive analysis.
At the heart of this tool is our proprietary Seller Quality Score (SQS) algorithm. This sophisticated algorithm evaluates both quantitative and qualitative indicators, as well as SEO performance, to assign a score ranging from 0 to 100 for each Amazon seller. Based on our research, sellers who achieve an average SQS > 85 demonstrate the highest levels of reliability and bring the most value to your brand.
HOW IS SELLER QUALITY SCORE (SQS) CALCULATED?
#1
Lifetime Rating on Amazon
Amazon has imposed more strict standards for order fulfillment quality, and only few sellers can reach the 100% mark.
A high rating (>98%) shows that the seller completes orders in time and buyers are satisfied with customer service quality.
#2
Lifetime Review Count on Amazon
Amazon has imposed more strict standards for order fulfillment quality, and only few sellers can reach the 100% mark.
A high rating (>98%) shows that the seller completes orders in time and buyers are satisfied with customer service quality.
#3
Short-Term Growth Rate
To evaluate the seller’s short-term growth rate we use a 90 days time interval. It evaluates the ratio between the number of
orders received within 90 days with the number of all received orders.
Our analysis shows that sellers with a growth rate of 2.5% are growing passively and rarely add new brands and goods.
#4
Long-Term Growth Rate
To evaluate the seller’s long-term growth rate we use a 1 year time interval.
Some sellers show a distinct seasonality of the assortment, which boosts their growth rate for 90-120 days, but their long-term growth rate remains stagnant.
#5
MAP Violations
This indicator shows how many Offers that violate products’ MAP the Seller has.
A Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) violation on Amazon occurs when a reseller advertises a product below the minimum price set by the manufacturer (for ex., to gain positive reviews, or secure the Amazon Buy Box). This practice undermines the manufacturer’s pricing strategy and can harm the brand’s perceived value.
#6
Market Position (Lifetime Amazon Rank)
These metrics represent the seller’s rating based on the number of reviews. The first place goes to the seller with the biggest number of reviews, which is the indicator of the most extensive experience.
According to the analytics, 74% of the first thousand are successful dealers that show constant and sustainable growth.
#7
Assortment Variety
This is a percentage that indicates the part of Seller’s Total Assortment on Amazon in the main category that this Seller works with.
The wider the Assortment in different categories, the lower this percentage.
#8
Total Assortment on Amazon
This figure indicates the variety of seller’s product range. The higher the number, the more partners the seller has. This figure can also represent the brands’ trust level to a certain dealer.
As a rule, this number correlates with the duration of a partnership with a dealer.
#9
Amazon FBA Usage
Indicates whether the Seller uses Amazon Fulfillment Centers to provide FBA offers or not.
When sellers of your brand utilize Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service, your products become eligible for Amazon Prime’s fast and reliable shipping, enhancing customer satisfaction and potentially increasing sales.
#10
365 Days Negative Feedback
This figure reflects the tendencies of orders’ fulfillment quality decline. Lately, this figure became particularly relevant as with the pandemics and logistic crises many sellers have experienced a decline in orders’ fulfillment quality.
It is calculated as a ratio of negative reviews to their general number.
HOW IS AMAZON SELLER QUALITY ANALYSIS HELPFUL?
Dealers are your primary representatives on Amazon so you need to keep an eye on them. After all, when a person receives a defective product, their first accusatory thought goes to the brand and not one of its numerous sellers. Here’s how our Seller Analysis tool can help you.
Identify Reliable Sellers
Reliable sellers bring value to your brand. They contribute to your brand’s development, invest in promotion and content-creating, thus increasing your brand awareness, and grow alongside you as a company and as a partner. They are great at what they do or at least move in the right direction. Knowing these sellers help your brand grow, you might consider encouraging them in some way. Or not – at least you know they do their work well.
Expose Unreliable Sellers
Unreliable sellers do not bring anything to the table and might even steal from it. They don’t work too well with the inventory, don’t pay any attention to brand awareness, may induce negative customer experience and are generally not helpful in any way. In their worst form, they actively harm your brand’s reputation by providing low-quality service and delivering damaged goods. If you know exactly who works against you, you can leave them behind
