SALES & INVENTORY FEATURES
The first thing that greets you is the assembly of tables with the sales data over different periods. There is also info on your total number of SKUs (as well as those active with Weby Corp), payment terms and methods, credit limit and the date when you became a Weby Corp partner.
The Data Section comprises two tabs: Sales and Inventory, with comprehensive info on both
SALES MONITORING
The sales tab opens with a chart with information on your Sales By Month. The chart includes information on the revenue as well as cost and quantity of sold goods.
The chart is followed by a table with comprehensive data on Sales by Items. The table includes the product’s technical info as well as data on the Quantity and Amount of your Sales, Returns and Actual Inventory along with the Cost of Goods Sold and Returned. The analysis periods range from Yesterday to Year-to-Date.
The table is followed by an interactive map showing your Sales per State. You can click on a state to see its Sales, CoGS, QTY Sold and Percentage of Total Sales. There is also a comparative chart showing the Top Performing States and Total Sales within a selected period.
INVENTORY MONITORING
The inventory tab opens with a chart with information on your Inventory By Month. The chart includes information on the Cost of Received Inventory, Cost of Existing Inventory Prior to Receiving and Quantity of SKUs in Stock or on Order.
The next chart, Orders by Month, illustrates data on such aspects as the Cost of Inventory Pending Receipt, Cost of Backordered Inventory, Cost of Inventory on Closed Orders and Cost of Received Inventory. There is also data on the date and amount of the Last Order.
The final element of the Inventory Tab is a comprehensive Purchase Order by Item table. Here, you can find pieces of data for each of your Purchase Orders: Date, relevant ASIN and MPN, as well as info on Order Quantity and Type (Received, Pending Receipt, Backorder or Closed).
