My oringal review was a one-star review on my first time visiting this store. There were a few things that went wrong with my purchase. Due to their return policy, they had. I felt the only thing I could do was rate them at a one-star and explain why. After a couple of days, I was reached out to about my review and asked to speak to Justin or Chris about my experience. So I came back and spoke to Justin, the store manager, who was very understanding, professional, helpful, and very awesome at making things not only right but beyond right. If you're not satisfied with the store, don't leave yet until you speak to Chris or Justin. They are very eager to make sure you have a great experience here. They differently change my mind. Also, after a firearm purchase, you get a free pass to their range. Thank you again Justin for all your help.

The guys behind the counter knew nothing about Ar's, and because of that, I walked out without the AR I really wanted. They had some good sales going on for a Del-Ton. Well, they had two different prices for the sirrera 316l models. I was having a hard time trying to figure out what the difference was between the two online. So, I went into the store to ask the sales guys. I asked two different sales reps, and both said they didn't know anything about them. How do you work at a gun store and not know nothing about guns? Anyway, I went with the $430 one instead of the $419 because it was more for a reason, and I could find that out more on why when i got home,In which I did. I asked two different sales reps if that was the one I picked out while I was doing the paperwork, and both said yes. Get to the cash register, and to come and find out it wasn't the one I wanted. I asked the guy what's the difference was, and he really couldn't tell me either. There was a long line behind me, and I didn't want to make a scene, and I had other things to do. So I got it and left. After comparing the one I wanted and the one they gave me. The one I picked out oringally was better because it came with the magpul grips and stock. Before you ask, all sells are final, so no returns. So, save yourself time and do a lot of research on what it is you want before going into this store.
