I ordered the wrong holster (LH) even though I am right-handed (brain fog effect)! I called Grit and spoke with Raven in the customer service. She graciously agreed to provide me with a full refund and sent me the RA form. I also spoke with Chris in the Retail Dept., who patiently and kindly assisted me to find the correct Gritr brand holster for my Sig with optic gun on the Amazon Gritr Store and the recommended belt, which is very important to safely secure the holster. This is my first experience with Gritr, and I can state unequivocally that they deliver the utmost customer service experience. I will consider Gritr for future purchases of any related items for this sport.

Another complaint is headed their way for the deceptive practice of claiming items are in 'their' warehouse, when they don't own or operate the warehouse.
This leads to the issue of them not being able to correct my situation: I chose UPS next day delivery and it's getting shipped USPS ground from Michigan. They can't modify the shipping to the correct method despite USPS not even having the package yet... why? Because they don't control the operations of the warehouse. Customer service informed me saying "I was told once the order has been processed at the warehouse level, we’re not able to intervene or make adjustments to the carrier."

A group of very professional gun traders, they know what they are doing and the law in Texas. Very smooth transaction and especially for the specific gentlemen wearing a cap and glass, he is phenomenal and the service is exceptional. We got our brand new rifle there today. This company has amazing customer support. To explain:
I was surprised by an announcement of a rapidly-upcoming important international trip. I needed very specific sports gear for the meetings, gear from the company hosting me. I couldn't buy the gear locally, so I ordered from Amazon. Gritr supplies the gear, and Amazon is their distribution channel. Amazon promised delivery before the trip. The next day, they changed their delivery to the day after the trip commenced! Gritr Customer Support learned about this, skipped Amazon, and shipped me the gear directly. It arrived in advance of the trip. Gritr Customer Support really saved me from a tremendous problem. They didn't have to do that;.Amazon created the problem, but Gritr is so customer focused, they make good on the customer experience, even fixing Amazon's mistake. Highest recommendation for this firm!

Laura our Sales Associate was AWESOME!! She took extra time to find the right walking shoe for me!! After searching thru several different shoes, I settled on HOKA's. Greeted and helped as soon as we walked in. Came in looking for a range of shoes for what I was needing. Lauren was great and helped me find exactly what I was needing and gave lots of great information. Got my daily trainers and will definitely be coming back to get my race day and long run shoes!
