I ordered two rifle scopes online. After I did I seen some reviews that worried me. I called customer service and talked to a young lady named Haley who assured me Gritr was a legit business.
A few days later I got everything just like Haley said I would. It was a lot of money, I was worried but everything was fine. I commend her on her customer service work. I will use Gritr again.

I bought a fision frontsight from these guys and it arrived in a previously opened package. The frontsight did not come close to the the sight they claimed it was in their ad. Trying to return the item is like pulling teeth and so far has been a real pain. I would not recommend this company for any mail-order transactions to anyone.

Horrible Business Practices! I came in looking to purchase an $700 new firearm. After talking to a salesman he said he could save me some money on a firearm that was pretty close to what I was looking for…..it was new but he had to sell it used because someone traded it in. Not the color I was looking for but I paid the $650(saved $50) and left with a bottle of gun oil(more like Vaseline). 2 days later I saw on their website the exact fire arm(new) I’d wanted for (same color)same price too. I came in that same day and asked salesman why would they do that?? He went and spoke with manager and came back and said they’d give me $200 towards the one I initially wanted! I paid $650 and even offered an additional $100 but they refused. First and last time I ever purchased a “new/used” firearm. After my initial review the mgr responded and said to contact him at Gritr to further discuss and I called 3/4 x but he never responded to any of my calls after leaving my name/number…..Bud’s Gun Shop,Locked n Loaded….Academy gets my future busy! Gritr got me good!

Racist, Unprofessional, Rude.
Been up here a few time to shoot, no problems we even came and purchased a firearm from them because we enjoyed their facility so much. THEN i bring one of my black friends up there to shoot and see their range. We get to the desk and immediately get questioned by the man behind the counter saying “okay which one of you guys smoked weed” (obviously none of us smoke or even smoke cigarettes). Confused we said none of us then he proceeded to try to coax an answer out of us, we kept saying no obviously. After we finish our check in we are walking to their waiting area the man pulls my black friend aside and further questions him saying “cmon bro i use to do it just tell me” “i wont call the cops” trying to get him to confess to something he didn't do. He again tells the man NO and we walk off. A few minutes later we walked to the desk after that man had walked away to get someone else’s “opinion” on the supposed smell coming from him. After sayin he smelled normal the man who was questioning us walked back to the desk and then began to explain and backpedal saying he didn’t sayin “this and that”. After he did that we just decided to leave and we will not be support business any more. It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional.

Well....I should have read the reviews. Bought a gun online with in store pickup Monday. Only update was Awaiting Fulfillment which baffled me since the website said IN STOCK and IN-STORE. The website did not give any indication of delay or that it had to be brought from a warehouse. I called to ensure I ordered correctly as the awaiting fulfillment message didn't sit well with me since the website said IN STOCK. I'm told they need to get it from their warehouse and it'll take a day. It's Wednesday now, I'm guessing their warehouse is in the manufacturers backyard still being made. So much for my birthday range visit. Called again today to get an update and told still awaiting shipment. Complete disappoint. The website should indicate that items need to ship from a warehouse that apparently they have all over.
CALL AHEAD AND MAKE SURE ITS ACTUALLY IN STOCK.
Apparently IN STOCK just means they're able to obtain it, not that they actually have it. I cancelled my order...now to see how long that takes ....

I have not personally shopped at the physical location but my review is aimed at the online store, I purchased a kit for a firearm through the online store they sent me the kit within a reasonable time frame the kit was about 80% correct one part in the kit which was a firearm upper was incorrect. Reaching customer service was pretty difficult, customer service was no where near helpful. They made me jump through hoops to get a return then tried to get me to pay for my return after saying if it was wrong on there end they’d pay, 4 days later I finally get a return label but by then I had already called the manufacturer and they overnighted the correct part free of charge.so if you’re looking at buying kits online just go through the manufacturer. Don’t waste your time buying through here.

really want to like this place but my experiences have been inconsistent. The folks in store are helpful enough and friendly but my online experiences haven't been that great. In particular their "Name Your Price" feature is a joke. They seem to want to refuse any price reduction or match to any legitamate dealer even one in DFW. I fully understand this is their business and can do as they see fit but either offer the firearm at the lower price you or offer a counter offer if you reject a buyer's request. If you select the "Grab a Quote" feature from a competitor the responose is immediate to your inbox with their lowest price offer. Another odd thing is how long it takes to get a response and the fact it comes from a UK web address? The other thing I haven't liked is turn around times for an order they have in stock in the store. Why does it take several hours to process a pick up order? In the times I have picked up orders during the day they were not busy. There is no explanation for this unless their warehouse folks are understaffed or their procedures are inefficient.

I recently visited Run United, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The store offers an incredible selection of footwear of stylish shoes and comfortable running sneakers.
What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff - namely Minh, Austin, Danny, Lauren and Brittani - were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the perfect pair of shoes. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered expert advice on comfort, fit, and style.
This local store is well-organized, making it easy to browse, and the ambiance is welcoming and professional. I especially loved the specialized foot machine, where it details exactly the pressure distribution, pronation type, and true size of one's feet.
I ended up purchasing a pair of Cloudrunner 2s from the several choices Minh deliberately picked out for me. Whether you're looking for everyday shoes or something sporty, I highly recommend checking out Run United!
