Purchased Dead Meat broadheads through Amazon and fulfilled by Gritr Outdoors. The item arrived without the 'free practice head' and the packaging around the broadheads was crushed. Without the practice head, there is no way to verify point of impact of the actual broadheads. Also, the broadhead tool and instructions were not in the correct packaging place (I know because I subsequently bought this exact item from another seller). It is clear this item had been opened and likely returned previously, then re-sold. Gritr has wasted my time and money having to return an item that should have never been sold.
This online store is legit. I found a Browning hard case here that was significantly less than other stores and had free shipping. I never heard of this store and was concerned, so I ordered through my Amazon account. Case arrived fast, packed well, and is a legit brand new item.
So I go in to get started on paper work for an NFA item. Online it says in stock, but when I arrive it isn’t. The gentlemen said I can still get started with the finger printing and if I have any questions feel free to ask. Well I did have some questions but couldn’t ask because he left as soon as I got to the kiosk. After spending an hour trying to get the finger printer to actually accept my prints, I finally was able to finish that portion and go online to place my order. Well I would’ve, if their online system would actually work instead of declining my card due to wrong billing address when it is correct and still charging my card. So with a horrible online shopping experience and a horrible customer service experience, I have decided to just buy the item somewhere else. I would avoid this store and company like the plague. They clearly do not care even when the store is empty. I guess their conversations with friends are more important than helping a customer.
Where do I start this review? I don’t even know. I went to buy an optic for my G 49 and settled on the vortex defender. What a great choice. From there, I also was able to participate in a local eye IDPA match on Tuesday night. Staff was super friendly. It was so funny because I had met some of them on Sunday when I was in a different part of Texas Shooting in a USPSA match. These guys are not just selling firearms. They know what they are doing.!!

Johnathon was great, quick, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend swinging by!
I ordered a set of skis from them through Amazon and have yet to receive them. I have no updates, they have moved the arrival date now 3 times. I ordered them Dec 5th and it was one of the last ones in stock. Extremely unprofessional in their responses and no urgency. They had a shipping label printed and USPS never received the item to ship. Do not use them unless you want them to take 250 plus dollars and not even ship you your item. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend.
Prices are good and Johnathan was awesome.
I'm not going to say I was skeptical about this place, but since I have not been I did not want other's opinions to dictate how I would feel since it can sometimes be a hit or miss. But after visiting the store and purchasing an item, lower receiver, I can confidently say I would recommend individuals coming here to make any said purchases. The in-store rep (Daniel I believe) helped with my purchase with giving the pros and cons of the purchase without swaying into one direction. But I will say you get what you pay for so think of it as a buy once, cry once when making purchases here or in general aha.
Safe to say, Gritr Sports is a place I would recommend to anyone to come visit to take a look and purchase!
