I ordered the wrong holster (LH) even though I am right-handed (brain fog effect)! I called Grit and spoke with Raven in the customer service. She graciously agreed to provide me with a full refund and sent me the RA form. I also spoke with Chris in the Retail Dept., who patiently and kindly assisted me to find the correct Gritr brand holster for my Sig with optic gun on the Amazon Gritr Store and the recommended belt, which is very important to safely secure the holster. This is my first experience with Gritr, and I can state unequivocally that they deliver the utmost customer service experience. I will consider Gritr for future purchases of any related items for this sport.

Another complaint is headed their way for the deceptive practice of claiming items are in 'their' warehouse, when they don't own or operate the warehouse.
This leads to the issue of them not being able to correct my situation: I chose UPS next day delivery and it's getting shipped USPS ground from Michigan. They can't modify the shipping to the correct method despite USPS not even having the package yet... why? Because they don't control the operations of the warehouse. Customer service informed me saying "I was told once the order has been processed at the warehouse level, we’re not able to intervene or make adjustments to the carrier."

If I could do zero I would. Walked around for an hour and then some. Didn’t get asked if I wanted to look at or even hold a gun. Thankfully Google came in clutch and I found Elliot white down the road. After not getting any assistance whatsoever I drove down the road 10 min and bought the 1911 I was looking for. This place is cool to go in but the customer service was absolutely awful. Spend your money somewhere that cares.
I made several orders through Gritr Sports, I'm happy to say everything was great! The website works well, transactions are easy, packaging was good, processing and shipping were rapid. I will continue to purchase items from Gritr!
Terrible to deal with when it comes to shipping to another state. They refused to ship a handgun to my state, stating a law about shipping weapons that have greater than a 10 round magazine. That law does not go into effect until March of 2026, and I provided proof to them.
It’s ok though. Found a better shop with a better price and they were more educated on the law. I will receive my handgun with a 13 round capacity in two days, and they ship overnight.

Chris the guy at the check out area was the best help ever. Extremely knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to keep my Ammo from getting moisture inside it. He is a great hire and an even better reflection of the company!

Thank you Lauren at Run United! After over 35 years of long distance running, several surgeries set me back. Post surgeries and recoveries I could not even do a mile without blisters, ankle pain, shin pain, etc..until I finally went into RunUnited. Lauren guided me to the perfect shoe for me, leaning towards stability. Lauren’s experience and knowledge also convinced me on the correct shoe size; I went in thinking I needed 1/2 size smaller. She is very knowledgeable and patient. We ended up getting a new pair for my husband too; also the perfect fit and support for him. Thank you so much Lauren; I am almost up to 3 miles and it has only been 3 weeks in the new running shoes.
