DO NOT BUY from this seller. I bought skis with bindings and got skis with NO bindings. I contacted the seller and they refused to help at all when I asked for a partial refund, different skis with bindings, or the missing bindings. Awful customer service. Also, when I ordered they said they’d arrive by the following Tuesday at the latest (from TX to WA). Seller didn’t even ship the item until 2 days after the expected delivery date.
Now I have to go to the trouble to ship the skis. Wasted several weeks of ski season waiting for these and now dealing with returning them. Terrible experience.

This company appears to falsely portray the items they have in stock, pretend to ship the item, and then blame the shipping carrier. Stay away from this company.
Unfortunately I ordered a snowboard bag from them which was never delivered. When I requested the tracking information it did not coincide with any legitimate tracking numbers from any post service. When I requested a refund or other help with my order, I was essentially told “oh well, call your post office”. So disappointed and frustrated with the lack of care or support for a $130 order. Absolutely would not shop with them.

Everytime I go in here to make a purchase there is always some type of discrimination, a reason to why they can not sale to me simply because of how I appear
Best place in DFW hands down. I’ve bought two different guns from here and both times I got a very good deal along with the nicest and most helpful individuals I’ve met. I had a lot of questions and both times I felt like it was more than a customer experience, it felt like I was having a conversation with a fellow enthusiast.
Only managed to get a picture of the AR section but the entire gun selection is pretty good as well. Definitely recommend!

This place is awesome! Every transaction has been so simple, and they know their products! Prices are generally better than anywhere else, and they have a lot of products in stock
The only indoor range i got to in the DFW area. The knowledge staff is well versed in patience and firearm knowledge. They have always answered my questions and I've never felt rushed. I come here almost every Sunday to shoot.

For my surprise birthday present, my kids, sister and two granddaughters took me to Run United. I'd done a 5k that morning and the foot that I have a metal plate and rod in was very angry. I didn't know then that this actually delighted my family who knew they were about to give me AMAZING SHOES!

Danny, employee at Run United, was tasked with analyzing my stance/gait -- poor Danny. We came in like a herd of wild boars. Yeterday was a crazy day. The entire staff (including the kind sock-finder who got shoved) was so great and I bought a pair myself - now proud owner of two fantastic pairs of shoes. For all our rambuctiousness, they actually said they enjoyed us being there.
Don't know why you're looking at this review or what the foot issue is. I've had 5 knee surgery, 2 foot surgies, three broken toes and a broken foot from sports career. I've been living in cheaper quality shoes and some pain for too long. Highly recommend Run United.
Whatever your reasons, this place is legit. Just please... PLEASE ... do not push the kind sock-finding guy! (You guys are the best!)

I just left the store and I’m motivated to attempt my first 10K!! I was very well taken care of by Laura and she was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and great to work with along the way. I’m a new runner and they made me feel accepted and encouraged this new adventure. They take the time to work with everyone even when they are busy and the measurements they take onsite really allow them to find options that will work for your walk or run. It was my first time in and I HIGHLY recommend you come check them out to get fitted properly and check out all of the options available. You won’t be disappointed!!!
