Good facility overall—I like the shooting range and the selection. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired.

I purchased a brand-new Gen 5 Glock 19 from this store less than two weeks ago. After using it, all three magazines supplied with the gun malfunctioned—the springs bind and jam in every mag. I returned hoping for a straightforward magazine swap, but management refused and stated that I would need to go through Glock directly.

To make matters worse, I was still charged for a target even though I was only able to fire 10 rounds before the malfunctions made the firearm unusable. It’s disappointing that the store wasn’t willing to absorb a $2 cost to help resolve an issue on a brand-new purchase.

I understand manufacturer warranties, but standing behind what you sell—especially when issues surface immediately—goes a long way with customers. This experience fell short of that expectation.
