I ordered the wrong holster (LH) even though I am right-handed (brain fog effect)! I called Grit and spoke with Raven in the customer service. She graciously agreed to provide me with a full refund and sent me the RA form. I also spoke with Chris in the Retail Dept., who patiently and kindly assisted me to find the correct Gritr brand holster for my Sig with optic gun on the Amazon Gritr Store and the recommended belt, which is very important to safely secure the holster. This is my first experience with Gritr, and I can state unequivocally that they deliver the utmost customer service experience. I will consider Gritr for future purchases of any related items for this sport.

Another complaint is headed their way for the deceptive practice of claiming items are in 'their' warehouse, when they don't own or operate the warehouse.
This leads to the issue of them not being able to correct my situation: I chose UPS next day delivery and it's getting shipped USPS ground from Michigan. They can't modify the shipping to the correct method despite USPS not even having the package yet... why? Because they don't control the operations of the warehouse. Customer service informed me saying "I was told once the order has been processed at the warehouse level, we’re not able to intervene or make adjustments to the carrier."

Chris the guy at the check out area was the best help ever. Extremely knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to keep my Ammo from getting moisture inside it. He is a great hire and an even better reflection of the company!

I've bought multiple guns from this location in the past and had zero problems. Recently I purchased a Ruger Mark 4 that was supposed to be suppressed (per the sales agent I asked) and it ended up being not threaded. It was for decorative purposes only. I brought it back to Gritr today to explain the situation and while I don't believe the misinformation was malicious, Gritr did nothing to resolve the issue. Instead the gun (which had never been fired) was bought back by them for 1/3 of the original price and I had to pay the difference for a similar model that was actually threaded. As a veteran and current LEO, I cannot recommend this company due to a lack of accountability. The staff is great, but until their current policies change, I will not be a returning customer.

Don’t purchase anything from this company. I bought a scope from them online and it doesn’t work.
They refused to replace it and the lady I spoke to on the phone couldn’t care less about it.

We came into the store on Sunday, November 9, 2025, not expecting a large selection available, but to our surprise, the store has such a wide variety of brands, styles and sizes. As we kept trying on various shoes with the wonderful sales staff, Lauren, who is a runner herself and she really took the time to help us find the right shoes. We lost track of time and unknowingly kept Lauren and her sale partner way passed their closing time, but with a sweet smile on her face and her positive attitude she made the sales and we are completely satisfied with the shoes as well has her above and beyond customer service. Thank you Lauren and thank you Run United for having such wonderful staff like Lauren and her partner.

Great experience. Went in looking for running shoes and Laura took great care of me. She brought out 5 or 6 pairs for me to try on and was patient and knowledgeable. She didn’t rush me or try and sell me anything unneeded. I walked I out with some great Saucony shoes.
