Ordered a red dot for $320 on Amazon from this store. I placed the order on 02/09/26 in the evening. At 7:20am on 02/10/26 it said shipped 1 day air and was expected to arrive 02/11/26. At 3:48pm 02/10/26 I get an email from UPS saying the package was delivered. I look outside no package. So I check the tracking and see the package was delivered to North Richland Hills, TX and received at the front desk by Williams. I called the store to inquire and asked to speak to Mr. Williams. The gentlemen who answered acknowledged as if he was Mr. Williams and when I proceeded to tell him what happened he hung up on me and then would not answer the phone again after multiple attempts. I call UPS and I’m informed the package shipped from 7901 Blvd 26, North Richland Hills, TX in the morning and was redirected to be delivered back to them that afternoon. No communication from the store and they made it seem like they delivered to me with Amazon. I had to open a refund request with Amazon, an investigation with UPS and provide Amazon with all the investigation information just to get a refund processed which I now have to wait 3-5 business days to get. All of this took me roughly 4 hours on the phone with multiple companies to get resolved. Terrible experience stay far away from these scam artist when purchasing online they will attempt to steal your money with fake tracking information when they’re just sending the package back to themselves! I’ve attached proof of the tracking information and keep in mind I’m in an entirely different state which it should have been delivered to.
