Nice place but I drove an hour and a half to look at a gun that they show to have “in stock” and they have listed for sale on gunbroker. Apparently “in stock” to them means they can order it for you. It’s a con to get you in the store and a bad way to do business.

I left a 3 star review in the past but the team has really turned around. They do a great job not only at the range but the gun counter as well. Folks definitely go out of their way to help customers. Keep up the great work!

After placing my order, I contacted customer service to inquire about urgent shipping, as expedited options were unavailable during checkout. The representative promptly coordinated with the warehouse team to ensure same-day dispatch. The product arrived in two days, which exceeded my expectations. The exceptional customer service and product quality ensure I will return for future purchases.

I called the NRH location to get information on 5/27 for the shoot house. I was provided pricing and I asked about scheduling availability upon which I was told nothing was scheduled for Saturday 5/31 so it shouldn’t be an issue. I called back 5/28 to confirm the information I was told on 5/27 as I was planning a trip from the Austin area and was surprising my spouse with this experience. I explained I called the previous day and confirmed once again (with a different individual as I repeated what was I told by the gentleman prior) and yet again was told an appointment was not required. When my husband and brother in law arrived today they were told an appointment was required and the shoot house has to be reserved weeks in advance. There was an associate that went as far to tell my husband he tried calling me back to provide the correct information yet I have no missed calls or voicemail from anyone associated with this business. To add insult to injury, my family was not even offered a discount for the gun range which they utilized given the time & effort put in to visit this location. That could have been a goodwill gesture to make some amends for the miscommunication and time & expense of incorrect information given. This is poor customer service and a serious disconnect when a patron goes to the lengths I did to validate information, follow procedure and receive this level of incompetence.

What a great experience! I was helped by Lauren, a cross country runner. I am a 54 year old walker so I assume I’m not a super exciting client to help but she took my concerns seriously, walked me through the whole process patiently, was not judgmental, and was knowledgeable and honest.
