Unfortunately I ordered a snowboard bag from them which was never delivered. When I requested the tracking information it did not coincide with any legitimate tracking numbers from any post service. When I requested a refund or other help with my order, I was essentially told “oh well, call your post office”. So disappointed and frustrated with the lack of care or support for a $130 order. Absolutely would not shop with them.
I've never shot a real gun before in my life, nor have I been exposed to or even interested in guns my whole life. Recently, an event in my life happened involving an ex boyfriend that prompted me to want to learn to defend myself. Completely clueless, I did a quick Google search to find Gritr. Every single staff member was professional, inviting, and answered all my questions upon my first visit. I noticed an iPad for class sign-ups in the corner, so I signed up for the LTC course, and Joshua was my instructor.
Joshua was patient, knowledgeable, and a fantastic facilitator. I went from knowing nothing whatsoever about firearms, to shooting 50 rounds and qualifying for Texas LTC in 10 hours.
Because of this place, I feel much more confident in defense of my home and my elderly Mother whom I care for. In addition, I now found a new hobby that I never imagined I would stumble upon as an LGBT person raised in a blue state.
If you're like me, just go. You may be surprised with the level of professionalism and emphasis on safety that the NRH Gritr Range provides. Thank you to everyone who made it a positive experience for me! I'll be back soon!

Wonderful staff, wonderful service. Everyone there is always helpful and attentive especially when it comes to unsafe actions on the range they are quick to address in a manner appropriate with the offense.

It's a great spot with lots of inventory. I called ahead to hold an optic I wanted and picked it up without a problem. I believe I also received a military discount.

The service provided by Kevin was phenomenal. I told him what type of shoe I needed and he was patient as I tried a few different sizes. He was also communicative about what we could do if my size wasn’t in store, such as order from the warehouse and get it delivered. He was easy to talk to as well and genuinely wanted to help me find a shoe that would work for me. I have some ankle instability so I’m grateful he listened to my needs. Bonus points he’s funny. I’ll definitely come back here!
I came in looking for some Vibram FiveFingers shoes, Laura greeted me very kindly and welcoming. She mentioned that they have a very low inventory. To my luck, one of the three pairs they had was my size. Tried them on and loved them! I also grabbed a pair of mini crew injinji toe socks. Best sock to wear! I prefer the crew length, but i was so please with the store i decided to grab the mini crew. Same day I wore my Vibram shoes to my rock climbing session, I could not be any happier with my purchase. I’m grateful for Run United. Disclaimer: I have worn barefoot shoes for 3+ years.
It's unfortunate that not many people are familiar with barefoot shoes and toe socks. They are the best thing you could wear for everyday life. No matter what you do, barefoot shoes will relieve your feet from end of day soreness. They do take some adjustment, due to our lack of foot mobility/strength from using conventional shoes. Shoes with cushion are only bandaids to your feet discomfort. I hope more people try barefoot shoes, so this store can expand their inventory.

Needed new shoes and went in with specific issues I have with my feet and after a few try ons ended up walking out with the perfect pair of shoes. Lots of selection and an amazing staff. Lucky our little town has such an amazing store
